Job Description
Visione InfoTech is hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) for Intern / Fresher level. You will work closely with our sales and delivery teams to identify prospects, pitch our software products (DiamHub, Laser Jobwork, RMS) and services (eCommerce, SEO/ASO, custom development), and help convert opportunities into long-term clients.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communication, learning technology products quickly, and building professional relationships in the diamond and enterprise software markets.
Requirements
- ✓Intern / Fresher — willingness to learn sales and CRM tools
- ✓Good verbal and written communication in English & Hindi (Gujarati is a plus)
- ✓Basic understanding of software / IT services preferred
- ✓Confident, target-oriented, and comfortable with client conversations
- ✓Graduation in any stream (BBA / BCom / BCA preferred)
- ✓Ability to work from Surat office
Responsibilities
- •Identify and qualify new business leads via calls, email, LinkedIn & visits
- •Present Visione InfoTech products and services to prospects
- •Maintain CRM records and follow up on opportunities
- •Coordinate demos with technical / product teams
- •Support proposal preparation and client onboarding handoff
- •Meet weekly activity and pipeline targets
